2.7 CRD EGR valve. Hi, just a little info on the EGR Valve. Took mine out today to inspect/clean. Really easy only two bolts. Sprayed a little carb cleaner under the flange to help it slip out, then disconnect the vacuum hose. Was really pleased with the cleanliness. 2.7CRD auto stuck in first. Help, new to forum & have searched but can not find my specific issue. When cold the oil is more viscous which = more pressure to move it around. As it goes up to running temp It is easier to move as it thins/heats up.
